Research
Studying the variation in growth traits and traits important for the quality of solid wood products (i.e. microfibril angle, wood density, and wood stiffness). Objective: Investigate genetic variation and possible interactions between genetics and silviculture treatments on wood quality traits and growth traits. Focus on Norway spruce and loblolly pine.
