Mountain Rouge
Mountain Rouge has improved fruit quality and is the first pink heirloom-type tomato hybrid with resistance to late blight and root-knot nematode. When tested against commonly known heirlooms (Cherokee Purple, Pink Brandywine, Mr. Stripey), Mountain Rouge showed significantly greater total and marketable yield. Mountain Rouge is well-suited to home garden and local market production and is well-adapted to organic production.
