Mountain Girl was developed to provide a pink tomato with strong disease and crack resistance as well as firmer fruit providing higher yields of marketable grade fruit and longer shelf life adapted to long distance marketing. Mountain Girl is well adapted to vine‐ripe production for the home garden, local market, and large-scale commercial production for shipping.
