NC-Raleigh is a determinate conventional maturity-group (MG) VII soybean variety adapted to the southern USA with excellent yield potential. NC-Raleigh is resistant to soybean mosaic virus, stem canker [caused by Diaporthe phaseolorum var. caulivora], bacterial pustule [caused by Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. glycines], and frogeye leaf spot (caused by Cercospora sojina). It has white flowers, tawny pubescence, black hila color, and a tan pod wall.
