Research
Characterize FHB resistant Eastern soft wheat germplasm utilizing molecular markers. The specific objectives of this research are to (1) characterize entries in the Southern and Northern scab screening nurseries with markers linked to previously mapped FHB resistance loci and (2) to investigate association analysis as a means of identifying new loci associated with resistance.
