I am excited to announce the winners of the poster competition!
In third place, Anna Yaschenko of NC State University, for her poster “Leveraging synthetic promoters to control gene expression.”
In second place, Cassondra Newman of NC State University, for her poster “De Novo Virginia-Type Peanut Genome Assembly and Variant Discovery Provide the Foundation for Genomics Assisted Breeding in Virginia-Type Peanut”
And finally our winner, Sarah Johnson of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, for her poster “Soybean resistance for Dectes texanus.”
