Research

My project focuses on evaluating near-isogenic lines developed from a cross between cultivated (Glycine max) and wild soybean (G. soja) to determine the effects of the percent concentration of linolenic acid on yield. Another objective is to identify and map QTL and genes contributed by the G. soja parent conferring the high-linolenic phenotype.
